Arsenal defender Bellerin pledges Grenfell Tower donations while playing at U21 European Championships

Hector Bellerin has pledged to donate £50 to the victims of the Grenfell Tower disaster for every minute he plays for Spain at the Under 21 European Championships in Poland.

The Arsenal fullback will raise £4,500 per match, if he plays for 90 minutes, which he did in Spain's 5-0 win over Macedonia.

If La Roja make it through to the final, and as expected, Bellerin plays every minute along the way, then the fundraising total will reach £22,500.

The 22-year old made the announcement on his Instagram page, he wrote: "For every minute I play in #U21EURO I'll donate £50 to help Grenfell Tower victims. Please support in any way you can."
