Arsenal reserves coach Neil Banfield is delighted with the development of Craig Eastmond.
He told arsenal.com: "I think development of players is about patience and we see things in a lot of our young players and it's just giving them patience and time to develop and to really flower. I think you're seeing with Craig now the work he's put in over the last few seasons is really starting to pay dividends.
"It's great to have won all our games and to have the performances but we're looking at the player development. I think there are some really interesting young players developing at this Club. It's taken a bit of time but I think you've seen over the last few years how it's developed. As I've always said, the Club, from the manager down, is looking very, very strong."
