Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed Ben White is available for England selection.

The center back was a part of the England squad for the World Cup initially.

However, he then went home for personal reasons and did not take part in the tournament.

There was speculation about the reasons for his exclusion, which have all been denied by the relevant parties.

“As far as I am concerned, no," said Arteta on any issues remaining between White and England.

“He has been in very good form, available for every single match and has been performing well for us.

“He is available for us so for sure he will be available for the England squad."
