Sporting Kansas City and Claudio Bieler have agreed to go their separate ways.

The MLS club have confirmed that the 30-year old Argentine forward has left Sporting Park after two seasons after his contract mutually terminated.

SKC head coach Peter Vermes did not explain the reasons why Bieler had been let go but did wish the former Colo-Colo, Racing and Newell's Old Boys attacker who joined from LDU Quito at the end of 2012.

"Claudio's service here was a huge help, especially during our run to MLS Cup in 2013," Vermes told the club's official website.

"He was a professional since the moment he arrived and we are appreciative of his time in Kansas City. We wish him all the best."

During his two years in Kansas City, Bieler made 54 appearances in all competitions which yielded 16 goals and five assists.
