Argentina coach Tata Martino has offered fresh hope to Juventus striker Carlos Tevez.
Martino overlooked Tevez for his latest squad selection, but says the striker is on the radar.
"He knows there are other players ahead of him and this is why he wasn't selected," explained Martino. "But if he continues at this level, it is likely (Tevez will be called up).
"The call for Tevez is not going to be forced by journalism or by the fans. Simply I will make the decision on merit.
"But if he continues at this level, then it is probably likely."
