Alvaro Fernandez has revealed new Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes is close to the young players.
Fernandes was named club captain last week.
Young teammate Fernandez told AS: "The truth is that there are many who speak Spanish and there is a good group. With the English also very well. The one I talk to the most is (Alejandro) Garnacho, because we arrived together and thank God we're still here, but Lisandro (Martinez) has been treating me very well from minute one.
"And Bruno, I would tell you that with me, Bruno. Now that Juan (Mata) and David (De Gea) have left, Bruno treats Garnacho and me very well."
On David De Gea's departure, he said: "It's football. They are decisions made by a club, a coach... However you want to say it. He's a United legend for everything he's done, but hey. There are ways to leave a club or let a footballer go and it is what it is."
Fernandez also said of new arrival Mason Mount, "He surprised me because he was not a player that I looked at in a game. But in training you can see the quality, the technique and the ability that he has. He is very good."
