Al Nassr coach Rudi Garcia says he wants to help Cristiano Ronaldo enjoy his football again.

After a difficult 2022 in England with Manchester United, Ronaldo has been celebrated and embraced by Saudi Arabia's football fans since signing for Al Nassr.

Garcia has acknowledged Ronaldo needs to be picked up and everyone connected to Al Nassr are determined to do so.

The Frenchman said, "The only thing I want is for him to enjoy playing football again and smile.

"In recent months, between United, the national team and private life, he has not had an easy time. If he regains the pleasure of playing, our objective will be accomplished."
