The agent of Maurizio Lanzaro says the former Reggina defender is delighted with his move to Real Zaragoza.
The 28-year-old was out of contract after failing to convince Reggina to keep him on and has now signed for a Liga club.
"It was a move wanted strongly by Zaragoza," agent Emiliano Zavaglia told tuttomercatoweb.com.
"Lanzaro signed a one-year contract with an option for another two years, worth around 600,000.
"The lad had several opportunities, but chose to have this experience abroad. It is going to be an important season where he's set for first team football. The Zaragoza directors are putting a great deal of faith in him."
