The agent of Chelsea star Jorginho has opened the door for a reunion with Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri.

The midfielder has been a regular under Frank Lampard this season.

But his agent - Joao Santos - says he will listen to transfer offers in the summer.

"Why not?" Santos told Tuttomercatoweb when asked if Jorginho could leave Chelsea.

"I am sure that some important proposals will come, which we would obviously evaluate together with Chelsea."

The Italy international played under Sarri at Napoli and Chelsea, but decided to remain at Stamford Bridge when the Italian departed for Juve last summer.
