The agent of Cruzeiro midfielder Everton Ribeiro has responded to claims that the Brazilian club has not yet received any offers from Manchester United.
Cruzeiro's director of football Alexandre Mattos suggested that no offers had come in for the 24-year old but the players representative, Robson Ferreira, has indicated that he is dealing directly with the Red Devils who are extremely keen on acquiring his services.
"Cruzeiro have not received anything because I am handling the situation directly with Man United," he told Globo Esporte.
"Everton Ribeiro has just been named the best player in Brazilian Football. Man United are interested in Everton Ribeiro.
"David Moyes is impressed and I personally met a Man United official and I was impressed. Man United consider him a complete midfielder."
