The agent of Sao Paulo defender Rodrigo Caio has played down talk of a move to Barcelona.

Barca sports chief Andoni Zubizarreta is a fan of the youngster and is sending his No2 Alberto Valentin to Brazil to hold a round of negotiations with Sao Paulo.

However, Luizão Bombonato, the agent of Rodrigo, insists he's not heard from Barca about his client.

Rodrigo is tied to Sao Paulo until 2016 and rated at around €2 million.
