Agent Filippo Colasanto says Paul Pogba should take a leaf out of Marco van Basten's book and sacrifice this season's Juventus salary.
Van Basten famously gave up his wages when recovering from knee injury at AC Milan and Colasanto says Pogba should be doing something similar.
Pogba is yet to play for Juve since his return from Manchester United this summer after suffering a knee injury in preseason before refusing immediate surgery.
Colasanto told TMW Radio: "About Pogba, I have to be honest, I don't understand the situation.
"And I'm sorry that he didn't even remotely think, like a great footballer like Van Basten did, that seeing that he wasn't managing to overcome the injury problem, he suspended a year's salary for himself."
