Agent Alessandro Canovi says Saudi Arabia is the most likely destination for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgium international, after last season's loan with Inter Milan, has attempted to engineer a move to Juventus, but has received a backlash from fans of both clubs.

For Canovi, the Saudi Pro League appears the most likely escape route, telling TMW Radio: "Complicated affair, unwanted player at Chelsea, (Mauricio) Pochettino has made strong statements about players outside the squad like Lukaku.

"In terms of salary, there are few clubs that can afford him, PSG have already made big signings, as centre forward they will go for another type of player. Romelu doesn't have much left, only Juve can actually afford him but he has to replace (Dusan) Vlahovic.

"His dimension is Italy, but nobody here can afford him except Juventus. Arabia can be a way out, but I don't think it is the Eldorado that everyone imagines."
