The agent of Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen has blasted Brentford's boo-boys.
Bees fans jeered their former player during Sunday's 4-0 win.
Eriksen's agent Martin Schoots said: "I don't think the reaction was the height of sportsmanship.
"The club did the right thing to react in this way, especially after the difference Christian made last season."
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail says Brentford owner Matthew Benham is understood to have personally contacted Eriksen to apologise and make clear the club's disappointment at the booing.
