The agent of Cesc Fabregas has joined the management team of Arsenal captain Robin van Persie. The Daily Mail says Arsenal supporters might be concerned that former vice-chairman David Dein's lawyer son Darren, who helped negotiate the departures of Cesc Fabregas and Gael Clichy, is now involved as a commercial consultant for Van Persie, whose contract expires in 18 months.

But Dein insists Van Persie's agent remains Dutchman Kees Vos, who will handle all his compatriot's upcoming contract negotiations.
