Adidas urge Real Madrid and Wirtz to get together

Real Madrid are being urged to move for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Florian Wirtz - by adidas.

Wirtz is an adidas player and the German sportswear giant wants to see him in the shirt of their flagship, Real Madrid.

BILD says Bayern Munich see him as their main summer target, but Leverkusen do not want to sell their star to their biggest rival.

Given this situation, teams from outside the Bundesliga have a better chance to sign him, but in the end the player will be the one who will decide.

Adidas, his main sponsor, would like the player to sign for Real Madrid in the summer of 2025. Adidas were also involved in Jude Bellingham's move to Real last summer.

At Real, Wirtz would be viewed as a long-term replacement for Luka Modric. At Bayer, they rate the youngster at €100-130m.
