Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech's representatives are attempting to get him a transfer to AC Milan.

The Moroccan failed to get a move out of the Stamford Bridge stadium club in the summer, despite interest from Milan, Ajax, and other teams.

Given the arrival of Graham Potter as head coach has not changed Ziyech's minutes, a move in January is very likely.

Milan have made contact with Sebastien Ledure - one of Ziyech's representatives - about sealing a transfer.

The 29-year-old's agent is on good terms with Chelsea's board, per the report.

He was involved in the move that took Romelu Lukaku back to Inter on loan this past summer.
