AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale feels the changes he's made have been justified by the club's start to the season.
Cardinale upset many inside the game when sacking directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara at the end of last season.
However, with Milan impressing in the opening weeks, Cardinale is bullish about the decisions he's made.
He told Il Corriere della Sera: “For a year I kept the organisation I inherited.
"The club has had a change at management level in recent months. Change is not a bad word.
"I wanted a more physical, stronger, faster, more intense, more European Milan and I have seen that in these first games."
