AC Milan go for Chelsea trio Tomori, Giroud and Ziyech

AC Milan are planning a three-player transfer raid on Chelsea.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Milan are plotting a triple transfer raid on European champions Chelsea as they look to bolster their squad for next season by signing Olivier Giroud, Hakim Ziyech and Fikayo Tomori.

Despite finishing the campaign trophyless, the Italian giants enjoyed a resurgence as they finished second in Serie A to qualify for the Champions League for the first time since 2013-14.

On the Rossoneri's wishlist this summer are the aforementioned Chelsea trio as they look to win the Serie A title and compete in Europe's elite club competition too next term.

Out of those three bids, Tomori would appear the easiest to conclude following a successful loan spell there since the January transfer window.

As part of the loan, AC Milan have the option to buy him for £25million and that looks likely to now be a formality.
