AC Milan management fear Gigio Donnarumma is ready to leave the San Siro.

Donnarumma kept a clean sheet for the 0-0 draw with Napoli, where Pepe Reina was in between the posts for the opposition. Reina is due to join Milan on a Bosman as a replacement for Donnarumma.

Corriere dello Sport says Milan do not want to lose Donnarumma, but will listen to the offers which arrive for him this summer.

The keeper's agent, Mino Raiola, is already discussing his future with Milan management and is eager to relocate the youngster.
