AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli insists no-one is giving up on Charles de Ketelaere.

The Belgium attacker arrived in the summer from Club Brugge and has struggled to adjust to the demands of Serie A.

Pioli told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Let's take a step back.

"On the qualities of (Sandro) Tonali or (Rafael) Leao there were no doubts, as well as on those of Charles.

"He has been here for four months, he comes from a different championship: appearance is deceiving, he is strong but certainly not immune to pressure."
