AC Milan coach Allegri unsure of Robinho stay

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri cannot guarantee Robinho staying.

Robinho has confirmed he misses Brazil and would like a return to Santos, although Milan are not prepared to release him for less than €10m.

"He is proving decisive again this season with assists and goals. He always puts in strong performances. We'll see what happens in January, but I hope and believe that we won't lose Robinho. He'll show what a great professional he is," said Allegri.

"This season we have a new squad and I have adapted to the needs of the club. We are working with great enthusiasm and proving you can get results with young players. It makes me proud to see them grow and learn.

"This isn't Year Zero for Milan so much as for Italian football. Many champions left and if someone like Clarence Seedorf or Gennaro Gattuso quits, you can't find a replacement the next day."
