AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani has admitted interest in Fiorentina midfielder Adem Ljajic.
The Serb is inside the final year of his Viola deal.
"I didn't say we were interested in Ljajic. I simply said Ljajic has characteristics that suit Milan," said Galliani.
"He is a secondary striker, he is young, so if Robinho does leave then we'll consider several different players, including Ljajic.
"He is now a Fiorentina player, though and I'm sure they don't want to sell him."
