Deslandes, who has had loan spells with Bury, Portsmouth and Jumilla since signing for Wolves from Caen in July 2015, has moved to Bulgarian First League side Plovdiv on loan with an option for a permanent transfer.

The 22-year-old has made eight appearances for the senior side, making his debut for the club in August 2015 in a 2-1 win over Barnet in the League Cup.

Johnson, 21, who is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Wolves senior team after captaining the under-23s, played 11 times while on loan at the Bescot Stadium in 2018/19, scoring once in three EFL Trophy starts when he netted against Port Vale in November.

The 20-year-old is proving a sensation at Stamford Bridge after bagging his second goal for the club in Saturday's 3-2 win over Norwich City.

It has been a long road to the Blues first-team for Mount, who joined the club in 2005 at the age of six.

The attacking midfielder was shipped to Holland with Vitesse Arnhem for his first loan spell in 2017, before current Chelsea manager Frank Lampard brought him to Derby County last season.

Mount was 18 years of age when he signed with Vitesse, but his senior career could have started earlier if Clark had had his way.

The former Newcastle and Fulham midfielder took over Scottish Premier League side Kilmarnock in 2016 and attempted to sign the English teenager after scouting his performances for Chelsea's youth team.

However, Clark told Tribalfootball that the west London club refused to sanction a loan deal.

He said: "As a real youngster, Mount was part of the Chelsea FA Youth Cup winning team that I was interested in taking to Kilmarnock.

"I think he was only around 16, 17 at the time, but Chelsea weren't interested in loaning him out at such a young age. Whether they thought Scottish football at that time was the right place for him anyway was another thing.

"I caught a glimpse of him when I'd been down south watching a couple of youth cup games when they went on to win the competition. You could tell even at that age that he was going to make something of himself, he is just a fantastic player."

Now in his second season under Lampard, Clark added that Mount was in the perfect situation to develop as a player.

"And what he has done is grow in stature and what Chelsea have done in terms of his development has been perfect - sending him to Derby with Frank, with him being that type of player as well, he learnt from the perfect role model as a player and an individual."

Canadian winger Millar featured for Liverpool during the pre-season friendly against Bradford and is keen to catch the eye of Jurgen Klopp.

It was really good to play that one game under him and he seemed to know how well I'd been doing," the 19-year-old said.

It's still a dream of mine to break into his team down there. They're the best team in the world having won the Champions League.

It's obviously going to be very difficult. I mean they have Mane, Salah and Firmino, it's almost impossible.

But I'm not putting myself down by saying it will never happen because that's negative thinking. If you want to achieve something you can't start off by saying it won't happen.

You have to put your mind to it and do it. I know there are three of the best forward players in the world in front of me but if I keep pushing I don't see why I couldn't eventually be as good as them."

"I will take every chance I get.

"The new head coach is here now with his staff.

TMW says Newcastle are a step away from signing the young Argentine forward, though Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United are also keen.

Newcastle are in advanced talks over a season-long loan for Colidio, with the option to buy him permanently in June.

The striker moved to Inter from Boca Juniors for in 2017 for 9.5m when he was just 17-years-old with his potential being recognised by the Milan giants in youth tournaments before he had played a single first team game.

Kilmarnock have also been linked with Colidio this summer.

The Daily Express says Liverpool want the Canada international to be playing senior football again this year.

The forward featured for the Reds at the weekend against Bradford City, and, after spending the second half of last season on loan at Kilmarnock, Liverpool are keen for him to return to Rugby Park.

Kilmarnock currently only have one senior striker but any potential move would have to be approved by manager Angelo Alessio.

Alessio was Antonio Conte's No2 at Chelsea.

New manager Angelo Alessio expressed concerns over his ability to hang on to the club's best players after O'Donnell, Greg Taylor, Stuart Findlay and Eamonn Brophy were all included in Steve Clarke's first Scotland squad.

You want a new challenge and for that reason I told him of my desire to be my own manager."

He added: "I spoke with a friend, Paolo Vanoli, who played in Scotland. He explained to me what type of football I would find here, but the Scottish Premiership is changing. Over the last five years I think it has improved.

Of course, I have my own methods and some things will change. It may be more attacking. The most important thing is that every single player has to know my ideas and what they do on the pitch."
