Wolves are the only team that have made serious moves to secure Matheus Nunes from Sporting CP.
The youngster, who has been playing for Sporting since 2019, has managed seven goals and eight assists in 99 games.
The central midfielder is one who would be very appealing to Wolves, given the Portuguese contingent already in their squad.
According to Record in Portugal, Wolves are ready to pay up to €40 million for Nunes.
Sporting want more money for Nunes, as he has a contract until 2026.
The youngster may serve as a replacement for Ruben Neves, who is still being linked to Manchester United.
