Southend United goalkeeping coach Terry Mason is joining Arsenal.
According to Southend Echo, Mason has been tempted by a move to the Premier League club.
The coach has been with Southend for the past 15 years, working to promote a number of young goalkeepers through the ranks and into the first team.
He coached the likes of Daniel Bentley, Ted Smith and Nathan Bishop, and spent five years working with England's young keepers in the under-18 age groups.
Now he will get to showcase his coaching skills at the highest level with the Gunners.
