Liverpool are in the mix to secure the signing of Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe.
The Reds have been focusing on improving their midfield over the past few weeks.
Having secured Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, Spanish journalist Edu Aguirre states they are in the mix for Mbappe.
“Liverpool have made an offer for Mbappe for €200m," he told El Chiringuito TV.
The Reds are not in the Champions League next season, which makes them unlikely candidates to secure Mbappe this window.
However, if he is successful in running down his PSG contract, he would be available on a free transfer next summer.
Mbappe would then be a very attractive proposition for Liverpool, especially if they are back in the Champions League.
