FC Augsburg fullback Philipp Max has welcomed interest arriving from England.

The Germany international has been linked with the Premier League's biggest clubs this week. Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool have all been mentioned as potential destinations.

Max, who is tied to FCA until 2022, admits playing in England is a huge ambition.

"I've dreamed of playing abroad ever since I was a boy," Max told BILD, "and I think the English league would suit my straight game style."

Before joining FCA, Max came through the youth systems at Bayern Munich and Schalke.
