Nottingham Forest captain Ryan Yates was delighted with their win at Sheffield United.

Yates scored in the 3-1 victory.

He later said: "We know when we are in full flow we can create chances. We created chances against City last week and didn't take them. We are happy to take the win back home.

"We can't rely on anyone else to get us out of this. It is always down to us. I know we have enough quality, belief and togetherness to get out of this.

"We know we have the quality to get out of it and it is difficult but any energy spent worrying about it [off-field issues] is not worth it.,

"There are thousands of people supporting us and it is about what we do on the pitch."
