Matteo Guendouzi has again spoken of his reasons for joining Arsenal last summer.

The midfielder has been a revelation since being plucked from L2 Lorient.

He told Canal Football Club: "When I was young, I watched a lot of Arsenal videos.

"I was very young at the time when there were a lot of French people playing there, so it necessarily played in my choice.

"I watched a lot PSG when I was younger, but abroad, Arsenal was one of the teams I watched the most by the fact that there were many French."
