Arsenal midfielder Dan Crowley is happy with his move to Go Ahead Eagles.

Crowley signed for the Eredivisie outfit this week on-loan to the end of this season.

"My transfer to the Netherlands is a very conscious choice," said Crowley. "Dutch football is known as technical and tactical football. That suits me. In League One, in which I played with Barnsley and Oxford United, after all, was more the long ball.

"I am an attacking midfielder, who likes to creates opportunities for strikers.

"On the other hand, I am also very motivated to learn more about the defensive side. I think it can help me tactically, Dutch football."
