AC Milan attacker Christian Pulisic was delighted with victory over Cagliari.

Pulisic struck twice as Milan returned to winning ways with a 5-1 victory.

He said: "Yes, it was really important for us to win again.

"We have to finish the season in the best possible way, get second place and score points. Obviously today is the first step to achieve this goal.

"We played at home against Cagliari, a team we have already challenged but today we hac to win."
