Zorio announces offer for Valencia made to Lim

Former Valencia vice-president Miguel Zorio has declared he's made an offer for the club to owner Peter Lim.

Zorio has declared he has presented a firm offer to Lim to buy the majority of the club and has clarified that there is “no other Peter Lim behind" his bid. Lim has been in charge of VCF for the past seven years.

In his statement, Zorio said that the idea is "to return Valencia to the Valencian players".

Speaking to Efe, Zorío did announce that he would pay Lim "in cash" and that "there is no other Peter Lim " behind this proposal but a financial entity that would cover the operation.

Zorio, who in recent weeks has contacted heavyweights from around the club, will make the presentation at the headquarters of the Agrupació de Penyes, which has been demanding Lim's departure from the club for some time.
