Cagliari have named Zdenek Zeman as new coach following the dismissal of Gianfranco Zola.

Former West Ham United boss Zola had originally been hired as a replacement for Zeman .

Zeman has returned to Cagliari with his staff Vincenzo Cangelosi, Giacomo Modica and Roberto Ferola.

Chelsea legend Zola was shown the door after just one point from six games.
