The Premiership's Italian coaches are split over Roberto Mancini's appointment at Manchester City.
Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is backing Mancini to be a success.
He said: "Mancini is a good coach with very good experience in Italy. He can do a good job at Manchester City."
West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola, however, remarked: "Mancini won't have a very easy task. But I'm very sorry for Mark Hughes and I am disappointed to see him go."
