Former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane expects contact with Manchester United.
The Mirror says he has already told friends that he's expecting to receive a call from Manchester United should the crisis get worse.
Zidane is said to be desperate to manage in England and has already compiled a four-man shortlist of transfer targets for United.
Zidane left Madrid this summer after guiding them to a third consecutive Champions League crown.
He was linked with a return to Juventus in a directorial role, but he remains a free agent.
PSG were also mentioned as a potential destination but Old Trafford appears to be the most likely.
