Former Bayern Munich star Zé Roberto is worried about Gabriel Jesus' career at Manchester City.
Ze Roberto believes Gabriel, at 24, should be a first-choice for City manager Pep Guardiola at this stage in his career. But the Brazilian has only started 19 matches in the Premier League this season.
Ze Roberto told Goal: "I think that Gabriel Jesus must perform better and I think he needs to score more goals in total. So I doubt if Guardiola's latest tactical system is right for Gabriel Jesus.
"I think he needs to know what his season will be like and what the next one will be like. Why? Because it is the world championship next year.
"Guardiola is a coach who likes to experiment with many options, given the quality players he has. As a result, Gabriel Jesus has had limited playing time. And he is a player who needs playing time.
