Super agent Pini Zahavi offered Robert Lewandowski to Chelsea for a set price before their deal for Romelu Lukaku.
Chelsea completed the signing of Inter Milan striker Lukaku for €105m yesterday.
BILD football chief Christian Falk reports before Chelsea struck terms, Zahavi made contact to offer Bayern Munich striker Lewandowski for a fee of €80m.
But the Blues turned down the approach, insisting such a price for a 32 year-old was unrealistic.
Zahavi had argued paying €80m would be the only way to convince Bayern to sell.
