Zaha fear as Crystal Palace set £70m asking price due to Man Utd clause

Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha believes he will face similar agony regarding a summer move.

Zaha has wanted out of Palace for the past few summers, but a move has never materialized.

It is usually due to Palace demanding a huge fee, and The Sun reports a similar story this transfer window.

The 27-year-old fears Palace will ask for as much as £70 million, which would put off nearly all suitors.

The reason for the high fee is that 25 percent of any sale goes to Manchester United, as per the transfer that took Zaha to Palace from United in 2015.

Arsenal and Everton had an interest in him last summer, but were priced out, with the former signing Nicholas Pepe instead.
