Former AC Milan coach Alberto Zaccheroni can understand the decision by Juventus to re-sign Alvaro Morata.
Morata has returned to Juve from Atletico Madrid after the Bianconeri were frustrated in their attempt for Roma striker Edin Dzeko.
Zaccheroni told TMW: "From what I read today, I tried to guess a bit about Juventus' plans.
"Juventus' plans foresee an immovable player, (Dejan) Kulusevski, who expect a lot from him, they expect ups and downs from (Paulo) Dybala, but when they are fine they thought they needed a centre-forward who could sometimes be on the bench and this could not have been Dzeko.
"Dzeko has a game that needs to play continuously. Today surely Dzeko gives more guarantees but I try to get inside their heads and I believe that the main reason is this (signing Morata)."
