Manchester United veteran Ashley Young says he's learned to handle the demands of the club.

“When you open an English newspaper, no matter which one, you will find an article on United, either a photo of a player leaving the training ground or a transfer rumour," he told L'Equipe.

“With the help of my entourage, I have learned to take a step back from all that, otherwise you risk getting yourself into difficulties. That is the downside of playing at such a club."
