Everton defender Yerry Mina says the must fight to get out of their current form slump.
Mina insists they must work harder to work their way up the table.
He told the Daily Mail: "We have a saying in Colombia: you leave your skin on the field — leave nothing out there.
"I prefer to look at the future step by step. I try to improve myself all the time. I look at myself, I see the errors that I make and I want to get better and eradicate them from my game.
"In a moment like this, it is important to present a united front. We speak together all the time. We must improve. It's like a big family here — I am so happy I made the choice to come. I can't explain how happy I am that my team-mates have put up with me as I have tried to settle."
