Released Southampton striker Sam Hoskins is wanted by Yeovil Town.

Sky Sports says Yeovil boss Gary Johnson is thought to be an admirer of Hoskins and is hopeful of bringing in the striker as he plans for next season in the Championship.

Hoskins had loan spells at Preston, Rotherham and Stevenage while at Southampton to get some regular first-team football under his belt.
