Yeovil Town chairman and co-owner John Fry is considering selling the League Two club, according to BBC Somerset.
Fry currently owns a 46.5% stake at the Glovers, but has been under scrutiny from supporters recently with Town suffering back-to-back relegations.
The head of Yeovil's supporters trust Brendan Owen says they would be interested in buying a share, but only with the support from potential investors.
"If we had 3 serious investors get together they would perhaps include us as a fourth partner, so we would have a quarter share share of the club, and in doing so the supporters would then have a very strong voice in how Yeovil Town ran," he said.
Yeovil currently sit second bottom on the fourth tier table.
