Yaya Toure insists Manchester City players would be happy if Carlos Tevez was welcomed back. Tevez is currently training on his own as manager Roberto Mancini considers his options with the controversial striker.

Toure told Sky Sports: "Carlos is a fantastic player and I hope he will continue with us, because we need him.

"He is an amazing player.

"He knows what he has to say to the boss and to the rest of the players.

"I think all the players will be happy if Carlos comes back."
