Williams made his Football League debut for Wycombe in their 2-1 victory over Grimsby, and Chairboys boss Gareth Ainsworth was full of praise for the youngster.
"I thought Randall Williams had a fantastic debut. A really, really good debut," Ainsworth told Three Counties Radio after Wycombe further cemented their place in League Two's automatic promotion spots.
"I know what to expect, I've watched him in training and he has been on fire in training. Randall has been so patient and he's been looking at me with these eyes, longing to start, and saying: 'gaffer what do I have to do in training to start a game.'
"It's a tough decision not to play him, with the options we have, you've got these fantastic forwards and you have to wait your turn. So when it does come, take it and I think he did a good job in taking it."
