Wycombe Wanderers have earned a place in the Championship for next season.
The League One team won the play-off final against Oxford United at Wembley.
The 2-1 result was the first time they have reached the Championship in their 133 year history.
Wycombe led through an Anthony Stewart header, but Oxford did get an equalizer through Mark Sykes.
But Wycombe did not take long to regain their advantage, netting from the penalty spot in the 79th minute.
Joe Jacobson scored the goal that eventually clinched promotion for his team.
When the final whistle blew, the players celebrated, and their fans back home would have cherished the biggest result in the club's history.
