Wayne Rooney says the frustrations of the 2014 World Cup are well and truly behind the England national team.
The Three Lions failed miserably in Brazil when they landed just one point from their three group matches but have recovered well in Euro2016 qualifying by winning all five of their fixtures thus far.
On Tuesday night, England meet World Cup rivals Italy in a friendly in Turin and captain Rooney has highlighted the importance of performing well as they look ahead to France 2016.
"We have to move on from World Cup, our aim is to reach the Euros," he said.
"Tomorrow will be a good test and we are looking forward to it."
The last time the two sides met, Mario Balotelli scored in the 50th minute to give the Azzurri a 2-1 win in Manaus after Claudio Marchisio and Daniel Sturridge had traded goals in the first half.
