Wolves earned their first home win in the Premier League as they narrowly defeated Fulham 2-1 at Molineux. Kevin Doyle opened the scoring with his first goal for Wolves then Dave Edwards doubled their advantage just after the break.

But Fulham gave themselves hope as Danny Murphy slotted home a penalty after Bobby Zamora was fouled.

The home side though deservedly held on for the three points.
