Chelsea are looking to sell Tammy Abraham.

According to The Sun, Wolves have offered £18 million for the striker, who is on loan at Aston Villa.

The Englishman would cut short his season long loan at Villa Park if the transfer goes ahead.

Wolves want to add the 21-year-old to their team now, to help their chances of finishing in the top half of the Premier League.

Abraham has 16 goals in 20 games for Villa, netting 12 in his past 10 matches.
